The Savanna By: Lyberty M.

Most savannas are found in tropical areas near the equator.

The lowest recorded tempature in the savanna is 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Th highest tempature recorded is 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

In the savanna, the average rainfall is 30-40 inches.

The winter time is a very dry season.

The summer is a very wet season.

The soil is not in very good condition, as it is often full of drought.

The grass grows in clumps around the area.

The trees are very sparse, meaning that there are every little of them.

There are very large herds of antelope,

Zebras,

And wildebeests.

The predators that often roam the land are lions,

Hyenas,

And cheetahs.

The end.
