WEDNESDAY YIN YOGA LUNCHTIME

Wednesday Yin Yoga Lunchtime is every-other-Wednesday while alternating with Conversational English through Dec 4th. You are welcome to attend in your work clothes as long as they will permit you to move freely. This practice focuses on allowing the musculature to gradually disengage from the rigidity of holding. Our muscles are encouraged to soften and relax in 3 - 5 minute holds infused with the breath. You will most likely not sweat. Instead of warming the muscles as in other yoga classes, we will be working with gravity and your structure, nourishing your connective tissue and your joints. Wear layers so you can control your personal comfort.

Join us for Conversational English next Wednesday the 18th in C-115 and back here again for yoga on Sept 25th.

We are limiting Yin Yoga Lunchtime to eighteen (18) students, so reserve your spot early for each class by going to:

Our other class offering is a weekly, 75 minute foundational training in Zen sitting meditation, breath practices and classical yoga asana (poses) performed in a slow flow cadence and punctuated by posture clinic style teaching to help yogis cultivate a basis for yoga practice that will provide them with mastery over the principles that they can apply in every future yoga experience they undertake. #yogisforlife
