MMORPG is an online role-playing game in which a very large number people participate simultaneously and interact with one another within a virtual world. The player assumes the role of a character and takes control over many of that character's actions.

In most MMORPG's players earn experience points and the points are used to reach character levels. To gain these points action are taken. Combat with monsters and completing quests for non-player characters, either alone or in groups. The accumulation of wealth and useful items is also a way to progress in many MMORPGs.

World of Warcraft is a MMORPG released in 2004 by Bizarre entertainment, it is the fourth game set in the fantasy Warcraft universe. World of Warcraft is the world's most-subscribed MMORPG, and holds the Guinness World Record for the most popular MMORPG by subscribers. Like many other MMORPG's Worlds of Warcraft players controls a character avatar within a game world in different views (first or third person), they explore the landscape, fight various monsters, complete quests, and interact with non-player characters (NPCs) or other players.

Also similar to other MMORPG, This MMORPG requires the player to pay for a subscription, either by buying prepaid game cards for a selected amount of playing time or using a credit or debit card to pay on a regular basis.
