Nervous system body parts

Nerves: Your nerves are like wires, sends information to the brain, takes brains orders to the body, exercise regularly, do not smoke or use other tobacco products, get plenty of rest, take care of our health, eat a balanced diet.

Spinal cord: The spinal cord is a long bundle of nerve tissue, carries messages to the body, the spinal cord is surrounded by 24 interlocking bones called vertebrae.

Brain stem: The back part of the brain, keeps the automatic system working, wear a helmet, eat healthy foods, learn new things, get plenty of sleep.

Cerebellum: Smaller regions in the lower part of the brain, controls the muscles, wear a helmet, eat healthy foods, learn new things, get plenty of sleep.

Cerebrum: The largest part of the brain, it controls all voluntary actions it helps you speak and think wear a helmet, eat healthy foods, learn new things, get plenty of sleep.
