Pierniczki Polish gingerbread

300g plain flour

100g rye flour

2 eggs

130g icing sugar

100g butter

100g honey

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 Tbsp All spice

1 tsp baking soda

Mix all of the ingridients. Roll out the dough up to 0.2 inch. Cut off different shapes and bake in 180C for about 10 minutes.
