Besides being a boudoir photographer, I'm a wife (still crushing on my husband after 18 years), a mom of 3, I love chocolate and candy, sitting on a beach with a fruity drink, and girl's nights that involve sushi (and more fruity drinks).
50% of your chosen session is due at the time of booking, with a signed e-contract, to secure your date and time. Once deposit and contract are received, I will pencil you in my calendar and reserve a stylist for your big day! The remaining 50% will be invoiced 1 week prior to your session when your Studio Address email is sent, and is due at least 24 hours before your session date.
Sessions take place on weekdays, beginning at 10am with your hair and make-up.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Session Fee covers your session only. Prints, Albums, Digital Files etc are not included and are a separate purchase after your session. See Ala Cart and Collections menu below the Session Investment.
Approximately 2 weeks after your session takes place, we will meet again at my studio for your in person image reveal + order appointment! (Unless you have opted for the pre-paid digital session). At this time, I will display a slideshow of your finished images, and help you choose your favorites for the product that best fits your wants/needs.
FAQ
WHERE WILL MY SHOOT TAKE PLACE? While I am open to on location sessions if the setting is ideal, most session take place in my beautiful boutique boudoir studio in downtown Ithaca, MI. The studio includes a hair/make-up styling room, private bathroom/dressing room, and two shooting areas (one bright/light, one dark/moody to offer a variety of looks for your session).
MAY I BRING A FRIEND ALONG? I do not mind that you bring a friend along for moral support, but want to make sure your session runs as smoothly as possible. I ask that your friend be female only and that no cell phone pictures are taken during the shoot. It is also important to make sure you are completely comfortable in front of the friend you choose to bring. If I feel having someone else in the room is causing a distraction, I will ask that the friend remains in the hair/make-up room during the session.
WILL MY PHOTOS BE PUBLISHED ONLINE? No photo is ever shared online without your written consent. Image sharing is completely up to you and you are in no way obligated to share. After meeting for your photo reveal, you can opt to sign a model release and choose images for release, or decline all together.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE MY PROOFS? It generally takes 2 weeks to completely edit your proofs and have them ready to view. Upon completion, I will contact you to set up your private image reveal at my studio. At your reveal I will share a beautiful slide show of your images and help you choose your favorites to purchase at that time. Once products are ordered, it takes approximately 2 weeks for the order to come in. I recommend setting your session date for at least 4 weeks prior to the date you desire to have your photos by.
