Frosting the Mint Chocolate Cupcakes for St. Patty's Day STORY AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY ROBERT NEFF

Mar 17, 2017 — St. Patty's Day is just another cause for my CondoSeniors to celebrate. It's baking madness in the condo. The mint chocolate cupcakes were made from scratch. Then came the frosting.

They didn't notice my thumbprint on the one. The big cupcake is a thank you for posting this.

That used to be my stand for pictures at art shows. They called dibs and I have not seen it since.

The icing is mixed and ready. I remarked, Did you make too much? But what I was really thinking was my taste buds needed to be frosted.

They use a decorating bag. I think they waste to much and are tough to lick clean

They move at lightning speed.

The camera was too late.

One of my seniors didn't want all that frosting. I don't have to call dibs.

My CondoSeniors sat down to celebrate and make the grocery list.

Then went shopping to find a new mixer that kicked the bucket on them.

Enjoy more stories and images of what I get to enjoy everyday!
