Respirtation

Birds have a one way circulation. When a bird inhales, the air moves through the trachea into the posterior air sacs. When a bird exhales the deoxygynated air in the interior sacs, is pushed out from the respiratory system. The result is then that only the oxygenated air stays in the lungs.
