The first agricultural revolution was when people took on a new lifestyle. They started to leave the life of hunting and gathering for a more traditional lifestyle a community with a steady population centered around farming and harvesting and raising animals. It changed the way humans live there lives This occurred about 10,000bc.
Wheat was first crop grown by people.
SECOND AGRICULTURE REVOLUTION
The second agriculture revolution occurred around with the Industrial Revolution. It changed farming by replacing people's jobs with machines and new technology.
New technology meant less work for people like the tractor.
THIRD AgRICULTURE REVOLUTION
The third agriculture revolution simplified farming making it much easier to farm. It occurred in the 1900's. New technologies and equipment where introduced including new fertilizers and machines.

Genetically modified organisms change the farming world by there first selling point as reducing the use of pesticides. Pro of GMO's are resistance to pesticides, adaption to the temperature and tolerance to herbicides. Cons are antibiotic resistance and various diseases including cancer.

subsistence farming is farming to survive, Commercial farming is big fields with a labor force that most people get their food from and sustainable farming is farming that protects the environment.
