Get Prepped for Fall 2018 at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi

The summer is winding down, Islanders, and the start of our fall 2018 semester is just around the corner! That being said, here are some tips and reminders to help you prepare:

CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 27

The fall 2018 semester begins Monday, August 27. Still need to register or make changes to your schedule? You can do so online via SAIL until Sunday, August 26. After that date, students can continue to add or late-register for classes in-person at the Student Services Center through Tuesday, September 4. For more information, please see our academic calendar.

TUITION IS DUE AUGUST 15

Tuition for those enrolled for the fall 2018 semester is Wednesday, August 15, by 5 p.m. Students receiving financial aid will have their awards automatically applied to their account, with leftover monies being refunded to them.

The University accepts a variety of payment options, and arrangements can be made through the Business Office, located in the Student Services Center (Round Building). Those who fail to make a payment or payment arrangements by the August 15 deadline will be assessed a late payment fee and may be dropped from their classes, so we encourage all students to make necessary arrangements as soon as possible to avoid penalties. For more information on accepted forms of payment, payment plans, emergency loans, and more, please see our Business Office website.

Received a private scholarship? Click the link below for instructions on how to have those funds applied toward your tuition bill for the upcoming semester(s).

REFUNDS

Refunds will start processing Tuesday, August 21 – see the Tentative Refund Schedule link below to determine when you may anticipate receiving your tuition refund. When/how you receive your funds is contingent upon the refund preference you have selected through BankMobile (see BankMobile link below for more info). REMEMBER: All first-year, first-time loan borrowers must wait 30 days before they can receive their funds.
