Salento Day 3

Today I traveled a bit, I had to left Otranto but I could not go anywhere before stop to the bauxite cave (W O W!). It's like have a little piece of America in Italy! Just the time to shot a couple of pictures and it's time to move, first stop Ostuni, also known as the White City. I said hello to Oronzo and came back to the car for the second stop: Alberobello.

OMG, it was like be in a movie.. Or to the Universal Studios, your choise. I spent all the afternoon in and out every Trullo, even if I guess there is no more the supporting stone, otherwise I guess it would have provoked in me the irresistible attraction of the fateful 'red button'!

Last stop for today is Polignano a Mare, where I had an unbelievable dinner at Pescaria composed to: 120g of carpaccio of mix cut sashimi and 1/2 panino tuna tartare: 100g of tuna tartare, burrata, fresh tomato basil pesto sauce and capper oil and 1/2 panino salmon tartare: 100g of salmone tartare, fiordilatte mozzarella and rustic salad. No more words.
