Inspiration title sequence

Saul bass is an American graphic designer, award winning filmmaker and is best known of his design of motion picture title sequences, film posters and corporate logos.

This is an example of his work on the film vertigo (Alfred Hitchcock 1958). This the poster designed for the film but Saul Bass also created the title sequence.

As shown in the image above Bass has used a black silhouette of a man instead of an actual image. I have also decided to do the same thought my title sequence.

Bass also does a similar thing during the title sequence of Anatomy of a murder (Otto Preminger 1959).
