Nirvana-Where did you sleep last night By Falon deherrera

My girl, my girl, don't lie to me Tell me where did you sleep last night In the pines, in the pines Where the sun don't ever shine I would shiver the whole night through

His girlfriend is disappearing at night and he is suspicious of her cheating

My girl, my girl, where will you go I'm going where the cold wind blows In the pines, in the pines Where the sun don't ever shine I would shiver the whole night through

Maybe she left him and he feels alone and hurt

Her husband, was a hard working man Just about a mile from here His head was found in a driving wheel But his body never was found

This could be a metaphor for like what the aftermath of the whole situation

The song continues the same lyrics so I feel that this was kind of a thing that kept coming back to him to haunt him so he repeated the same lyrics
In his career as a singer/songwriter he was really inspirational to people and also a very emotional person in his performances and his songs. I feel one of the things people liked about his music was how emotional he got not just on stage but in the studio as well it made him stand out in his own style. Honestly though I think what ultimately lead to his demise depression which lead to drug abuse and drinking and that lead to his death.
