Before the Session

You're invited to come to my home studio before baby arrives to meet with me, have a look at my space, props & amazing product offerings, and get a better idea of the process. We'll talk about the types of photos you'd like to have taken, will plan out colors, props and backdrops to fit your style and will discuss how you want to display and preserve these photos. This meeting lasts around 30min.

The Session

Once your bundle has arrived, we'll schedule the session for 5-10 days after birth. I provide everything for the session: props, backdrops, hats, headbands, even snacks, drinks, diapers and wipes - all you need to bring is baby! Family and sibling photos are done during the 1st 30 minutes of the session so that daddy and any big siblings can head back to work/school if needed and we can focus on baby. Newborn sessions last 1.5-3hrs depending on how well baby sleeps and the image and product goals for the session.

After the session

One-Two weeks after your session, you will come back in for the big reveal! Here, you'll view 15-30 edited images depending on our session goals. We'll start with a slideshow, then I'll help you sort through your images with my software. You'll be able to see your imags on your walls at different sizes, as well as sample album spreads if you wish. We'll select your announcement design and finalize your order at this appointment, which lasts around an hour. DIgital items and prints will be delivered to you within 1 week, Albums & wall art will be ordered and ready to be picked up or delivered to you within 2-3 weeks.

And then, you just enjoy your baby, knowing you've captured these precious first moments and have them preserved to look back on for years to come <3
