We created two different lead forms that target the same audience of people, Free Consultation and Download a Special Report. The two lead forms are designed to target Restaurant Owners and other restaurant management positions. We used 4 different images combined with 4 variations of copy to achieve our goal of 40+ leads per month.

  • Audience - Employers: Restaurant Management, Job title: Food and Beverage Director, Restaurant General Manager, Head Chef/Owner, Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Owner, Catering Manager, Bar Manager, F&B Supervisor, Restaurant & Bar Manager, Food Service Director, F&B Manager, Restaurateur, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Management, Restauranteur or Director of Catering
  • Lead Form - Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Job Title
  • Combination of short and long ad copy

The easiest way to transport the information between Facebook, our team, and The Restaurant Expert team is to utilize Zapier and everything it has to offer.

  • Facebook lead ad
  • Sent to Google Doc
  • Zapier sends email to TRE and Moving Targets - info collected from FB lead form
  • Zapier sends auto responder to lead - thanking them for providing them information, email varies based on which ad form they filled out (download special report - receive link to special report, free consultation - link to schedule consultation)
  • Zapier files lead under list on ActiveCampaign

Results of Lead Forms as of January 19, 2017 - running for 3 weeks

  • Number of leads collected - 51
  • Click through rate - DSR 1.98% - FC 1.56%
  • Total clicks - DSR 229 - FC 481
  • Cost per click - DSR $0.87 - FC $1.14
  • Link clicks - DSR 79 - FC 153
