Homework or Torture English 101-014

Students go to school for around eight hours a day in high school which alone is mentally and physically draining, therefore teachers should decrease their workload to a max of 3 times a week.

A student is generally in school from around 8am to 3:30pm, during which they constantly have to retain information. Therefore, when they get home and do more work, their brains get even more.

Homework can often frustrate children.....

The mind is not given enough time to relax and recharge. Students can no longer think clearly, comprehend, or focus to the extent that they need to in order to finish homework assignments.

When students become stressed, some tend to do the work late and with low quality. They need to be given more time in order to have the standard of quality they are expected to have.

LESS HOMEWORK= HAPPIER AND WELL RESTED STUDENTS
