Agent FAM to New York City with Icelandair March 31st-April 2nd, 2017 - an Atlantic Link case story

The purpose of this agent FAM trip was to introduce and teach eight Danish travel agents about New York City. During the three days, the travel agents had the opportunity to experience Icelandair's airline service via Reykjavik before continuing to New York City. The group was taken to various areas of the city as well as hotel site inspections.
