this is meditation islands seal. the starfish is a symbol of relaxation and peace.

Meditation Island is located in the Pacific Ocean where the sun is always shining on the crystal clear water and sandy beach.

This beautiful island is a stress reliever to all. people who come never want to leave. Everyone who comes loves it here!

Meditation Island Exists to show people that relaxation is always possible here

we are ruled by the people for the people, but as everyone knows we are very self-dependent and all we want is peace.

daily schedule:

Wake up: 7:00 AM
Work on garden: 7:30 - 8:30 AM
Breakfast: 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Beach: 10:00 - 12:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 AM -1:00 PM
Take pet for walk: 1:00 - 2:00 PM
Go to beach: 2:00 - 6:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
TV: 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Bed: 8:30

rules:

1. For us eating healthy is a necessary requierment for relaxation.

2. Exercise is a way of feeling great which is needed for everyone.

3. sleep is mandatory here because it is when you repair and another time to relax.

4. rising early is what brings peace throughout the day.

5. we believe in peace thought all, fighting will result in leaving meditation island.

6. having your own garden will help you to be more grateful for what you do.

7. a healthy island is a happy one. we have no motorized vehicles, no gas burning machines, ect. to ensure that meditation island is a happy island.

8. everyone must care for an animal, so no animal dies without being loved.

9. bed comes early so you are well rested and prepared for the day to come.

10. homes must be tidy to ensure no stress.

membership:

Have to be old enough to be self-dependent
Show that you are healthy and capable of moving.
Have the need to be relaxed.
