What do giraffes look like?

Giraffes are the tallest animals in the world. They have light yellow fur with dark brown patches. Giraffes have a long neck and 4 long legs. They have 2 horns on the top of their head. Their tongue is the size of a kids arm.

What do giraffes eat?

Giraffes eat leaves and branches from tall trees. The leaves and branch have thorns on them, but the thorns do not hurt them.

Where do Giraffes live?

Giraffes live in Africa, on savanna grasslands, in herds or groups of giraffes.

How are the giraffes born?

Giraffe babies are called calves. They are born live from their mothers and they drink their mother's milk. Giraffes can start having babies when they are 5 years old.
