After the success of Yoga and Mindfulness last year, we have decided to run these classes again for this term.
Yoga takes place at both City and Riverside:
City Campus - Every Wednesday, 12:15pm - 1pm, C03:027
City Campus - Every Thursday, 4:15pm - 5pm, C03:030
Riverside Campus - Every Wednesday, 5:15pm - 6pm, R07:010 (from 18th September)
We also have mindfulness courses starting on the 19th September at City Campus. You can sign up for these courses on My City.
