A LEADER'S SUPER POWER
If there is one idea to understand and comprehend, is a leader's super power is service to others. Leading is not dictating or bossing others, but instead, it is serving others to reach their full capacity. You have to be willing to serve others every day. When we are eager to serve our teammates, they can see and experience your behavior, which is connected to your character, which is a factor in building and sustaining trust.
THE POWER of SERVICE
Every morning you arrive at your respective workspace, I recommend you ask two questions: (1) What does my team need from me? (2) How can I serve my team better? Those questions are so important because you are considering what you can give to others and not what you can receive from others. I genuinely believe that when you make an effort to serve your colleagues, your co-workers will better serve each other.
