Shuttle Stops: Hanes Mall, Target, Wal-mart, & Thruway

*The 4:00 pm shuttle is the last pick up round for students. The shuttle returns to school by 5:00 pm.

Juniors and Seniors have priority seating due to prom events. Students may not take any other transportation that is not provided by the school.

Volunteer Opportunities

Second Harvest Food Bank is offering multiple chances for the Academy community to give back to the Winston-Salem through various volunteer dates and times beginning in October through January. Click on one of the links below to select a time to work with Second Harvest Food Bank. Whether you volunteer as an individual or within a group, Second Harvest appreciates all the provided support!

High school students get an inside view into the non-profit world and help with household tasks during the busy summer months.

  • High school students (ages 15-18)
  • Volunteer for 1 week in the Summer
  • 25 Service Hours

We are now accepting applications for Summer 2019 TWH. Completed applications must be delivered to RMHWS or postmarked no later than April 15, 2019.
