  • Have begun bi-monthly meetings with Charlotte in EMEA to share best practices, learn fresh approaches to complex issues, improve our processes and help each other navigate the new world of FADV.

  • Educate new PRO Unlimited contingent workforce vendor team on Adobe's background check process to help form a self-sufficient team handling contingent workforce background checks. #OperationalEffectiveness #CustomerCentricity
  • Update background check playbook to reflect our current philosophy, processes and workday integration with the aim of better educating partners and facilitating backup coverage. #OperationalEffectiveness #CustomerCentricity
  • Continue bi-monthly meetings with Charlotte. Begin bi-monthly meetings with Japan and APAC background check specialists (early April). #Growth
  • Identify and set up meetings to network with background check specialists outside of Adobe and learn best background check practices. #Growth
  • Continue to actively participate in the vetting of all candidate communications around BGCs. #Experience
