2017 NFL Season By-JOhn loucks

Every fall, millions of Americans glue their eyes to the television on Sundays to watch their favorite team battle it out on the gridiron. Football has become one of our nation's pastimes, and in particular, NFL football. There is always a lot of hype leading up to each season. Every game counts, and anything can happen. The 2016 season was one for the record books. After an exciting season a lot of teams made changes and everyone is excited to see what's going to come in 2017. I chose to run a survey to see what fans projections were for this upcoming football season.

In my survey, I was able to come to conclusions as to who fans believed was going to have a breakout year. I was able to find out that fans believe that the Cowboys are going to win the Super Bowl this year, as oppose to the world champion Patriots. I was also able to find out that fans believe that Tom Brady will win the offensive MVP and JJ Watt will win the defensive MVP. I was also able to come to the conclusion that fans believe either Myles Garrett or Deshaun Watson will be the first pick in the draft. Fans believe that Aaron Rodgers is going to be the leading passer next season, Ezekiel Elliot is going to be the leading rusher, and Odell Beckham is going to be the leading receiver. In my findings I was also able to determine that fans believe Von Miller is going to lead the league in sacks, Richard Sherman is going to lead the league in interceptions, and that the Chicago Bears are going to make the playoffs.

In conclusion, the 2017 NFL season is coming up fast, with the draft in a few weeks. In my survey, I was able to determine that fans believe the top players are going to continue to be successful in 2017. This was no suprise to me. What caught me by surprise was the fans confidence in the Chicago Bears for next season. Eighty percent of the respondents believed the Bears were going to make the playoffs in 2017
