California Men's Basketball: Utah and Colorado February 2-5, 2017

The Bears had a perfect weekend at home, taking on the Utah Utes and the Colorado Buffaloes to move to 8-3 in conference play.

The Bears kicked off the weekend in an exciting 2OT win against Utah. Both teams came in with a 6-3 conference record-- the game was the de facto "tie-breaker" for the upcoming Pac-12 Tournament.

The hero of the game? Jabari Bird. The bird scored 10 points in the 2nd overtime period, including an alley-oop layup to seal the win for the Bears in the final seconds.

Mo(o)re, please! The freshman standout scored 17 points in his 41 minutes of play, including the game-tying free throw to move the game into overtime.

After an exciting Thursday night game, the Bears woke up and took on a Super Bowl Sunday matinee against the Buffs from Colorado.

The Bears started off the game strong, scoring 41 points in the first half and holding leads as big as 23 points over the Buffs throughout the game.
Rabb scored 11 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for his 7th double-double of Pac-12 play, while Bird scored 10 points in his 26 minutes of play. Kingsley Okoroh, back from a broken nose versus Utah, added in 3 blocks while wearing a protective mask.

Highlights? YES PLEASE.

Your Bears head to Arizona to take on Arizona State and University of Arizona this Wednesday and Saturday, on ESPNU and ESPN.
