By pairing technical, tactical and competitive instruction with fitness training, our players develop at a much faster rate and therefore see positive results within only a few sessions.
The first stage of our program feature individualized player development within a team setting. We understand the athletes’ needs, and teach the intricacies of the outdoor game. We use video analysis to watch full games and break down players positional play to determine the next step in our training.
Players who participate in out team training will focus on position-specific drills, participate in strategy sessions and play in competitive scrimmages. We have a proven track record of helping players from middle school to the pros reach their true potential on and off the pitch.
Team Tactics : Apply concepts, while learning team tactics with attacking emphasis on speed of play, building up through thirds of the field , changing point of attack and counters. Scrimmages grow in size from 5v5, 6v6, 7v7 and 8v8 to apply learned tactics and techniques. Learn speed of play,build up play, defending & attacking that builds up from your defensive third.
TACTICAL: Understand the dynamics of play through numbers. 1v1, 2v2 and up to 11v11 drills focusing on attacking, defending and ball movement
