Ingredients: 2/3 cups of white sugar, 1 can of sweetened, condensed milk, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, 5 eggs, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Ingredientes: 2/3 de azúcar blanco, 1 leche condensada, 2 tazas de crema, 1 taza de leche, 5 huevos y 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat 2/3 cups of white sugar, and continue until it turns into a golden brown. Stir occasionally. Pour sugar into an appropriate dish and swirl to coat the bottom of the dish evenly. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend on high for one minute and then pour that over the caramelized sugar. Place the dish into a larger pan and add 1 inch of hot water to the outer pan. Place in oven until set.

Instrucciones: Precaliente a 350° F. Caliente 2/3 de azúcar blanco, y continúe hasta que se convierta en un marrón dorado. Revuelva de vez en cuando. El azúcar en un plato apropiado.
