Oil Spill In Nigeria Tyler greenberg

If you did not know in nigeria there is a giant crisis. The crisis is a giant oil spill caused by the shell pipelines. But is shell to blame? Or is it the locals? Or the government?.....

Before After

Shell has gone to court for this. The local farmers sued them. But the nigerian government does not provide a lot of services for the people. So there is a theory that the locals are stealing the oil and not properly covering there holes that they tap into so the pipe starts to open from that tiny hole. And oil goes into the river and there has been tons of oil spills ever since.
