Part 3 — Dinner: Chicken piccata and chocolate cake for a very special guest STORY AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY ROBERT NEFF

August 17, 2017.

Bread on the table.
Salas on the table.
Green beans, tomatoes and garlic on the counter. Ready for the table.
Chicken piccate is on the counter. Ready for the table.
Capers, lemon, parsley make the mouth water looking at it.
My CondoSeniors said we need to advertise that we are a Cuban Paladar! Next step is to get paying guest to come here to eat.
The moment I have been waiting for is to soak the bread. I grabbed the chicken piccata's succulent sauce, and....
Poured it over a slice of garlic bread
Let soak. My CondoSeniors added the garlic slice.
Whie everyone is talking and relaxing, I clear the table and get out Nespresso's Cafe de Cuba.
Of course, I had to have fun!
One capsule makes fou espresso cups of coffee.
The cake makes the grand entrance on the walker from a condo unit far, far away from me!
Homemade chocolate glaze.
Cake is on the table. Just need to grab my spoon!
That is the leftover cake. It is going home with our special guest.
I stepped away to get a Spanish liquor.
and grab a pic of the sunset.
But by the time it took to go walk to the porch and back, my CondoSeniors pulled a fast one. They added more chocolate for our special guest.
Our special guest, Kathy Wingard, did not need to mumble "No Mas" as she scooted away from the table. This dinner was for selected from the pages of options. She also met one of the Divas.

And that is how my CondoSeniors leave you... Stuffed!
