Christmas Food Bank Cheer
Thank you to everyone who very generously donated towards our Foodbank collection. We will be delivering the huge pile of food to them next week.
The Chippenham Food bank is open Wednesdays 10am-3pm and Fridays 10am-1pm. They can help anyone who is struggling to afford or access food for as long as necessary. They can also help people self-isolating and can deliver to your home. You don’t need a referral you just need to call them on 01249 655458 or email chippenham@salvationarmy.org.uk.
They understand that reaching out for help can be really hard but if you contact them, they will take some quick information from you and arrange for your food parcel to be delivered or collected if you are well and able.
Gifts
We have been asked by a number of people whether presents can be given to teachers this year. Whilst there is no expectation for this at all, teachers are able to accept gifts on Monday 14th or Tuesday 15th December. This ensures that gifts can be left in quarantine for 72 hours.
