Andrea Pavone

I married the love of my life in March of 2015 at the Alfond Inn. We had an intimate Brunch Wedding and it was just perfect. I too hired a Wedding Planner for my special day and it was the best decision I made, other than my husband:)

My favorite movies are The Notebook, P.S. I Love You and Grease....Yes I am a hopeless Romantic, hence why I plan weddings.

I am the oldest of 7 siblings and love kids.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida and was a Pi Phi there.

I am a lover of coffee, shopping and all things pretty.

That's me in a nutshell. I cannot wait to see you marry your prince charming!

Brandy Boettner

A recent graduate of University of Central Florida, I graduated with my degree in Event Management.

I am an Olympic Weight Lifter.

I am the only girl in my family and have two older brothers. We love to go bowling and camping together.

I am completely OBSESSED with Disney and Harry Potter.

Zoe Thompson

I too married the man of my dreams in November of 2016, after 9 years of being together. We had an intimate lunch wedding at the Hyatt Grand Cypress and our Best Man was our Dog, Aiko.

I am a former Pavone Events Bride, Andrea and I used to work together at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and that is how she became my planner.

My husband and I enjoy doing anything outside; going on jet skis, riding motorcycles, even camping. All around in love with the out door experience.

I love going out on the boat with my puppies and hubby:)

Why should you hire a planner?

A wedding planner gives you creative input when merging your individual styles together, while also sourcing all the items needed to bring your vision alive in a cohesive style and original way. A wedding planner will sit down with you, and listen to your ideas, hopes and dreams. Sometimes a mediator is needed to break down creative barriers for couples.

They offer guidance on what is realistic pricing and where you could actually save some money. A wedding planner will be there on the big day itself, putting everything into place, making sure everything is just the way you both want it making it easy for our couples to sit back and share some fun and laughter on their special day.

Below is a sampling of our wedding packages. We would be happy to meet with you, be it over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, to discuss your wedding dreams. From there we can customize a package with your needs in mind.

Month of Planning

For the couple that has the time to plan all the details for their special day by spending countless hours on Pinterest and wedding planning websites. …. BUT, do not want to worry about a single thing on the Big Day. Relax. Our team will make sure you have everything covered. Hand over your file and breathe a sigh of relief knowing that every detail will be checked and rechecked by our experienced team. We will take charge on your wedding day so you can focus on being a happy and stress free couple

Planning and Preparing:

* Comprehensive Day-Of coordination

* Unlimited Email and Communication from date of signing

* 3 Meetings or Calls with coordinator to include timeline meeting, floorplan assistance, walkthrough of the venue and wedding rehearsal.

* Checklist of Personal Items & Event Items needed for Wedding Day

* Review signed contracts and Banquet Event Orders for Venue/Caterer

* Vendor Referrals and Recommendations

Vendor Coordination:

* Create Vendor List with all necessary information

* Distribute Wedding Day Timeline to Vendors

* Act as day of contact for all vendors, family and guests

* Ensure vendors have arrived on time and have the most up to date information for set up and timing of all the important events for the day

* Vendor assistance and direction with a load-in and break down

Ceremony Rehearsal:

* Coordinate the Rehearsal and ensure all of the participants are aware of their duties

* Organize Wedding Party for Walk Down the Aisle

* Distribute Day of Timeline for Wedding Party and Family

Wedding Day Duties:

* Attend Final Walk Through for Venue

* Attend to last minute requests from couple or families

* Welcome guests as they arrive, reserve special seating for guests, prepare ceremony processional

* Distribute Boutonnieres and Bouquets to Wedding Party and Family

* Set up of special event decor including favors, escort card, placing menus, guest book, unity ceremony, programs, etc.

* Final inspection of the fine details and decor

* Gather family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximize photographer time

* Work with venue to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

* Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on-time start

* Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception

* Access to the Event Planning emergency kit solve any unexpected problems

* Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments

* Ensure gifts & envelopes are turned in to trusted family or friend at the end of the evening

* Ensure all personal items are packaged and returned to couple

* Your Planners are on site for 10 hours (additional time available upon request at $150 per hour)

Partial Planning Package

This package is for our couples who have started the planning process, but wish for guidance as we plan the remaining details of the wedding together. This is for couples that want access to our brains, need some assistance along the way, BUT don’t mind executing things on their own. Let us take care of as much or as little of the planning that you need. It’s really like an “Unlimited Access to our Expertise Package”

Planning and Preparing:

* Up to 6 Complimentary Planning Consultation Sessions

* Unlimited Email and Communication from date of signing

* Assistance with tracking RSVPs and seating chart

* Timeline Session to include creating your custom wedding day schedule and floorplan

* Assist with Marriage license details

* Checklist of Personal Items & Event Items needed for Wedding Day

* Review signed contracts and Banquet Event Orders for Venue/Caterer

* Assist with out of town guest accommodations and welcome gifts (If needed)

* Vendor Referrals and Recommendations

Vendor Coordination:

* Review Vendor Contracts, deposits and payments

* Be the point of contact for your wedding vendors

* Menu tasting and Details meeting with venue/caterer

* Request and Obtain copies of insurance certificates if needed

* Create Vendor List with all necessary information such as load in and breakdown

* Send Wedding Day Timeline and final confirmations to vendors

* Ensure vendors have arrived on time and have the most up to date information for set up and timing of all the important events for the day

This is the premiere service for the busy couple that wants to enjoy the planning process and who anticipates the many overwhelming stressful details involved in planning a wedding and wants the luxury of having someone manage all the details. We are with you every step of the way!

Planning and Preparing:

* Design Session

* Unlimited Complimentary Consultation Sessions

* Unlimited Email and Communication from date of signing

* In depth consultation 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding to lock down final details

* Monthly Phone calls to review and assist in the different planning phases

* Budget Analysis to include due dates for payments to vendors and send out email reminders as your payments are due

* Assemble, Mail and Track invitations (if needed)

* Assistance with tracking RSVPs and seating chart

* Timeline Session to include creating your custom wedding day schedule and floorplan

* Assist with Marriage license details

* Etiquette Advisement

* Checklist of Personal Items & Event Items needed for Wedding Day

* Review signed contracts and Banquet Event Orders for Venue/Caterer

* Assist with out of town guest accommodations and welcome gifts (If needed)

* Vendor Referrals and Recommendations

Vendor Coordination:

* Scheduling Vendor Meetings, Venue Selection and Walk Through

* Menu tasting and Details meeting with venue/caterer

* Assist with contract details and negotiation

* Confirm all vendor contracts, deposits and payments

* Be the point of contact for your wedding vendors

* Request and Obtain copies of insurance certificates if needed

* Create Vendor List with all necessary information

* Collecting and organizing the return of all rental items

* Your Planners are on site for 12 hours (additional time available upon request at $150 per hour)

A La Carte Services

Wedding Day Coverage Hours exceeding contracted hours can be added and billed at $150 per hour

Additional Assistant (Day of Wedding) Coordinators are required for select venues, larger weddings and multiple location weddings will be billed at $250 for each additional assistant needed, additional hours over the contracted package time is $25 per assistant per hour.

Additional Events Assistance for Rehearsal Dinner and Farewell Brunch can be added and billed starting at $750 per event

Wedding Gown Preservation $199

Wedding Design

Let us help you bring your vision to life with our wedding design package. Wedding Day Design includes (1) Design meeting to go over the style and look for the event, customized design board and (1) floral consult starting at $500

Additional Events Design start at $250

Next Steps

Yay, we are so excited to work with you and can't wait to start the planning process! When you are ready to book, give me a call or email me as soon as possible. Desired dates are reserved up to 18 months in advance. In order to secure our services for your wedding day, we require both the 50% non-refundable retainer of your chosen Wedding Package as well as the signed contract. Once I have received them both, your date has been secured on my calendar. Your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
