March 16, 2020 Out of an abundance of caution, we are postponing our Company-wide Customer Appreciation Day scheduled for Friday, April 3, 2020. This preventative measure helps us to better ensure the health of our customers and employees during these uncertain times. We will continue to evaluate this ongoing situation and take all necessary precautions. We look forward to celebrating with you in the near future, as your loyalty to our business is always appreciated!

March 13, 2020 We recognize this is an unsettling time, as the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is rapidly evolving around the globe and it is important to stay up to date on the most current information. We are closely monitoring developments related to the spread of the virus, and our priority remains the safety of our employees and customers.

As a valued customer, we are committed to supporting your needs – during these uncertain times, and always.

We are here for you, and we are well-positioned to help. We remain fully operational, and we are taking every necessary step to continue to provide the service you rely on, with a minimal level of disruption as events unfold.

During times like this, open communication is as important as ever and whether we’re in the office or working with you by telephone, we’re committed to being focused on serving your needs.

Within our company we have taken preventative measures to stay resilient.

As for our own operations, we are restricting business travel, requiring self-isolation for employees travelling from high-risk countries, encouraging virtual meetings, and re-evaluating our guidelines around large events.

We have business continuity plans in place to ensure our operations will continue to run effectively and will change in response to new information. This is a fluid situation and while none of us knows what lies ahead, we are confident in our business continuity plans, the actions we are taking, and the leadership of our preparedness efforts.
