Paris Traveling in Europe with Evangel University

I guess it goes to show that you just never know where life will take you. You search for answers. You wonder what it all means. You stumble, and you soar. And, if you’re lucky, you make it to Paris for a while.

If you have the chance to travel, take it. My two trips to France and Belgium with groups from Evangel University were more than amazing vacations. They gave me a new perspective on other cultures and how history shapes the present. Below are some highlights.

The View from Notre Dame

—Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast

Teresa had once thought her husband to be the handsomest man in the world, when in fact he looked like one of those gargoyles perched on a high corner of Notre Dame that's meant to scare the devil away.

—Ann Patchett, Commonwealth
