Fettuccine with tomatoes and olive oil, and dessert with my @CondoSeniors STORY AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY ROBERT NEFF

Sep. 27, 2017. For tonight's dinner, my CondoSeniors prepared fettuccine with olive oil, tomatoes, and very, very fresh garlic.

Start with fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Stir and let set at least 30 minutes prior to dinner time.
Fresh flowers are a must. They seem to select the kind that make me sneeze.
Fresh store bought pasta was a BOGO.
Pour into pan and simmer.
Never enough garlic for me!
Fettuccine pasta boils for 2 minutes.
Use the ladle to drain pasta.
Stir with ladle and spoon.
It's ready!
The chef made a carryout dish for a senior who just had surgery.
Mix the salad and dressing.
Portion control means no bread. I added the pepper.
Serve! I get the extra garlic.
Closer look.
Great blend and they had fun with the name.
They pass me their plates for me to finish the garlic.
I could make a meal of garlic and tomatoes.
Spoon is best way to savor the flavors.
Never get served last.
Took an act of God, Hurricane Irma, to create white space in my CondoSeniors' refrigerators.
Dessert is banana pudding, chilling in the fridge.
Luckily, they have me on portion control.
Or this would be my portion. This is the real thing with vanilla wafers.
Ready for sunset's back lighting over Tampa Bay.
