finance Internship Program

  • Location: Memphis, Tennessee
  • Duration: 12 weeks (40 hours/week)
  • Duties: assisting with period end journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, financial statement analysis, inter-company research, documentation of existing processes
  • Includes a 12-week case study that is completed by teams of interns and concludes with a presentation to the CEO (the winners will automatically advance to the final round of interviews if they choose to apply for a full-time job at AutoZone)


Qualifications for the job:

  • Hard worker: 3.99 GPA at the University of Florida
  • Leadership skills: Warrington Leadership Ambassador, Heavener Leadership Challenge participant, Dance Marathon Public Relations Captain
  • Work Experience: Marketing Research Intern at Axiom Research (Summer 2016), Group Fitness Instructor at UF RecSports (August 2016-present)
  • Certifications: Microsoft Excel Specialist, Microsoft Access Specialist, Microsoft Suite
  • Languages: Spanish (working proficiency)
