Hello, I'm Dayton. I've been inspired by the natural lines and patterns of wood since I was a kid. This has led me to roam Idaho's rural lands in search of the most interesting, and sometimes the largest, pieces of wood available. Keeping as much of their natural beauty has always been important to me. So, once I have the raw wood in my studio, I either dry it in a kiln, or let it sit in dry storage for two years. I then work with my clients to bring the best out of each piece, which often means keeping it as natural as possible.
