To keep a healthy body you need to exercise for at least 60 minutes a day, if you done stay active then your body has a higher risk of getting a disease
Also the food that you eat effects your body, depending on certain food you eat your body uses it in different ways, so eat healthy so your body doesn't break down
People that smoke are at a higher risk of a deadly disease because of all the chemicals that the body takes in, so if you want to lead your body into a break down smoke if your smart don't try it and don't do it
Getting 8-9 hours of sleep is a big part of the day
