Thank you to all of our students, parents, families and community support for our FanPledge Fundraiser! As of today (10/13), we have raised over $43k for the Prosper Mighty Eagle Band! We are still aiming to reach our $45k goal, but we are well along the way to achieve it!
It is not too late to donate! Please have anyone that may be interested in donating click this link and they can donate directly to our band or share on social media. You can also keep track of our progress through this link as well!
Final St. Louis Payment
Due to the overwhelming success of our FanPledge Fundraiser, our fantastic PBBC Executive Board has decided to pass the success directly on to each of our students and families. Originally, the final St. Louis Payment was set for $304; however, it will be lowered to $180 for a total payment of $480!
Payments can be made through each students CHARMS Ledger with a credit card or a check (made out to PBBC) can be deposited in the band deposit box, located outside the band offices in the band hall.
PISD Band Showcase
Come celebrate everything band in Prosper ISD this upcoming Friday beginning at 7pm at the Children's Health Stadium. The event will be featuring students from grades 7th through 12th at all of the middle schools and both high schools in PISD.
Prosper Band students should report to the Children's Health Stadium by 5pm to meet & greet their middle school counterparts, eat pizza, and prepare for a performance beginning at 7pm!
For students that are unable to transport themselves to Children's Health Stadium, we will have two school buses available to transport them. Please meet in the band hall by 4:45pm to ensure you do not miss the bus.
UIL Region Volunteers Still Needed - Parents & Students, Too!!!
We have a great upcoming opportunity for parents to volunteer for the UIL Region and Area Contests that are being held at our very own Children's Health Stadium. Both of these events function as a fundraiser for the Prosper and Rock Hill Bands, but more importantly, gives us a home field advantage for UIL competitions as both bands continue down the "Road to State Marching Contest".
The UIL Region Marching Contest will be held on Saturday, October 16th, which we will be performing at. The UIL Area Marching Contest will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, which is when we are in St. Louis at the BOA St. Louis Super Regional. This is a very important contest for our sister school, Rock Hill, and they need our support as well. If you are not planning on traveling with us to St. Louis, please consider volunteering for one of the time slots.
If you are interested in volunteering either for the UIL Region or Area Marching Contests, please click on the link below to access the Signup Genius to pick your preferred time slot and responsibility.
We will be performing last at this contest and our performance time is set at 2:45pm at Children's Health Stadium.

REMIND 101 Communications
We are excited to offer immediate text communications through Remind 101, a direct text-messaging program. We will be using the Remind system for important and immediate information needed to be sent out to our parents such as updated arrival times from events and football games, last minute rehearsal changes, etc . We still will utilize our normal ways of communication; however this will help us to get information out quickly. This will not be used for general communications.
If you would like to sign up for this service and receive communications, we are required by Prosper ISD for all parents to fill out the following Google Form. Once you submit the form, you will be given a text code to send to 81010 (the Remind 101 text messaging service). Once you type the code in the text body, then you are enrolled... It is as easy as that!
