Business Law Ashley maughan

Business law combines all of the laws that dictate how to form and run a business. This includes all of the laws that govern how to start, buy, manage and close or sell any type of business. Business laws establish the rules that all businesses should follow. For example, "In law a man is guilty when he violates the rights of others. In ethics he is guilty if he only thinks of doing so." This saying is explaining how if someone does something wrong, they need to face the consequences. That's kind of like business law. It explains what is happening in our society. Furthermore, "Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and when they fail in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress." This quote also comes to explain how law plays an important role in our society today.
