Visual Proposal Argument

Division 1 Basketball Players Are Being Used
The NCAA’s Board of Governors do not allow the athletes to get paid a small salary.
The college institutions, broadcasting companies, and the NCAA gain exposure and revenue from these athletes.
Fans want to go to the game on the athlete’s campus. The fans tune into different broadcasting stations on the TV. The NCAA takes a portion of the profits received from the schools and the broadcasting station
Give Division 1 basketball players a $2,000 per semester so they will not have to suffer with being broke.
This provides the athletes with extra spending money for leisure activities. It teaches responsibility because the players will have to learn how to manage their own money.
