Swimming could be your favorite sport or activity.Why do I like to swim?Well...I like swimming because I can expand my energy with something fun and refreshing.Also swimming is useful in many ways.like for example if you are on a boat,or you go to a lake.Swimming is very fun.So i’m going to teach you how.

How Do I swim

Do you know what I will teach you first?Treading water!To tread water you need to move your arms and legs in a circular motion.Next I will teach you how to front crawl.To do the front crawl (freestyle) you need to do a flutter kick.A flutter kick is kicking your legs up and down.Also with that flutter kick you need to move your arms up back and down.That is how to front crawl.

Try Not To Drown

Do you know how to float in water?To stay floating above water you need to breath in and out in heavy breaths to fill your lungs with air.The air in your lungs will help you stay afloat.Also if you are doing backstroke look at the ceiling it will help you to stay afloat along with filling your lungs with air.That is how you stay floating when you swim.

Why learn

Why should I learn to swim?You should learn to swim because swimming is helpful in many ways.Like for example if you are on a boat and the boat sinks.Or if you just want to swim for fun.Also if you go on vacation alot(like my family)then you can swim in the pool at your hotel(if there is one).Or you could swim at the beach.Also swimming is helpful because what if you want to go snorkling at the beach or scuba diving.That is why you should learn how to swim.So you learned the basics of swimming good for you.
