PLACING MYSELF IN A SOCIAL GROUP: POPULAR KIDS

-Although I have characteristics of many different social labels, generally I would be placed in the popular group.

-Popular students are typically very social and friendly, they are seen at many school events including dances and athletic events, and I usually am at these events

-I do not define myself or my choices by my label, but sometimes I don't say or do certain things in front of people that belong to this category in order to stay away from problems or arguments

-I like being in large groups of people, but I don't like having all of the attention on me, so I am usually off to the side in these situations
