The reason behind The Articles of confederation, and why it wasn’t the best written article in the history was because the unbalanced power in the government and states. The federal government didn't have that power to collect taxes from the states, The Articles of Confederation gave the national government so little power that they had to Ask and could of asked for money. But since this was optioned by the states The Articles of Confederation we’re declined and that is why It was not the best written article in history.

Reason two: federal government didn't have that kind of power to collect taxes from states.
Reason three: The Articles of Confederation gave the national government so little power
The unbalanced weight that the government and states had from to much power.
The federal goverment didn't have the power or enough power to collect all taxes from the states.
The articles of confederation gave the national goverment so little power because of what was written in it and it made them weak.
