Rand is pleased to present this report of the project. We are providing a narrative of the week in review, key achievements and milestone accomplishments, opportunities encountered and overcome, high points of the work projected for next week, and a few progress photos for your review.

This weeks points of completion in review

  • Cut and remove existing curbs on drive lane
  • Set corners and offsets
  • Install batter boards
  • Excavate sub slab plumbing and chases set corners and offsets
  • Ready for plumbing slab inspection
  • Rain delay

Opportunities Encountered and Overcome

  • RFI at storm sewer was researched and answered. New HDPE will move forward per plan
  • Meeting with Oncor and IDI Electric finalized issue with primary and will move forward this week. Issues with traffic through job site and requirements from fire department still underway
  • Rain and saturated work areas created delay Monday and Tuesday, plumbers worked 12 hour days Wednesday through Friday to hit their completion to move out of pad for electrical to begin and keep on target for slab pour scheduled on Monday 12/19.

Work Projected for Next Week

• Sub slab electrical rough-in

• Install fire line hydrant and riser to building

• Excavate for storm structure and HDPE

• Excavate and install secondary electrical conduits

• Install site lighting sleeves

• Install forms, vapor barrier, and reinforcement at slab
