1st Amendment: Freedom of Religious Expression: One can practice their religion freely!

Allows people to believe and practice whatever religion they want.

They can also choose not to follow any religion.

The Consitution will protect people from religious human sacrifice. For example:

One must demonstrate that their religion or belief is being restricted.

The Supreme Court would then follow the 1st Amendment set forth by our founding fathers!
