You should eat fruits and vegtables to keep your body healthy
If you dont keep your body healthy you could get a heart attack,cancer,stroke or any other things
If you smoke it cound increse the risk of you getting a disease
Its is important to keep you body healthy by playing sports and staying active
Dont eat fast food to much because you might need to see medical care for weight management.
