"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." (Jas5:16)

Please join us in prayer for the sick and the healing ministry at CBH Prague. Your prayers can make a difference!

Currently we have two prayer groups. Both work through email notifications. The result is a form of ministry which is flexible according to your schedule and powerful through agreement on the same things. A short description of both groups is below. If you would like to join one of these groups, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!

Many Blessings,

The "Lightning," Group

Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them. (Psa18:14)

The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind, the lightnings illumined the world; the earth trembled and shook. (Psa 77:18)

In this group we pray for the prayer requests that people send us. It involves prayer for specific people and situations. You can pray whenever and for how long you like.

Lightning hits the ground like an arrow hits a target (Job36:32, Psa18:14, Psa144:6, Zach9:14). Our prayers release answers from heaven to specific situations. One example is prayer for the sick (Jas5:15). As we pray for people we allow Jesus Christ to enter into those situations and the devil has to leave. The result is healing (Acts10:38). Lightning is visible from far away. When God does the impossible, people see that God is real. Let's pray together for healing and for testimonies!

The "Rain," Group

10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (Isaiah55:10-11)

In this group we pray regularly for the healing team and it's activities. Our partners pray once a week for 15 minutes. On a chosen day they receive an email reminder with a link to prayer points.

Such prayer is like rain that covers the same piece of ground regularly over a long period of time. Without rain crops fail to grow. The fruits of the ground will be poor. We need rain to have a rich harvest! This type of prayer requires patience and discipline. Let's pray together for the growth of this ministry.
