Ancient Rome is located in Europe and a little bit in Africa Rome is the capital of Italy. The city was built along seven hills which protected it from attack. Second, the Tiber River made a fine highway for travel to the Mediterranean Sea for trade. it is usually sunny and hot 66°F really humid.

Pompeii, which on August 24th, 79AD, was destroyed when Mount Vesuvius erupted. the Colosseum is one of the most historic thing because entertainment for the Ancient Romans and use slaves and criminals fought twice a year for 3 years and if you survived you would be release.

The Curia was part of the political center of Roman life, the Roman forum's Comitium, which was at the time a rectangular space mostly aligned with the cardinal points, with the curia to the north.

The Colosseum was the greatest building in Ancient Rome but much smaller amphitheaters were built in Roman Britain and gladiatorial fights may have occurred in these. The Colosseum is also known as the Flavian Amphitheater.

Roman entertainment, like Roman roads, Roman baths, Roman villas etc, is etched in people’s minds today as a result of recent films.

The Romans wanted their art and architecture to be useful. They planned their cities and built bridges, and marketplaces, apartment houses, and harbors.

The early Romans adopted culture from their neighbors, the Greeks, and Etruscan, in particular.

Latin and Greek were the languages of the Rome. Rome survived because of Mediterranean sea.

They were homeless because the rich people took their farms and houses. Ancient Rome was a man's world. In politics, society and the family, men held both the power and they even decided whether a baby would live or die.

The Romans culture spread around the world quickly and a lot of people adopted to it. we still have Colosseum and water, and sewers to drain it. They spoke Latin and Greek.
