The Thomas Family Outdoor Learning center serves as the hub for our numerous outdoor learning opportunities. It is located at the entrance to two native biomes, the forest, and wetlands. Marked trails lead visitors to our Outdoor Chapel and Discovery Dock where all students can enjoy the wonders of nature. Students spend time experiencing the wonders of nature while immersing themselves in scientific inquiry. Not only does every seventh grader have their science class here but numerous other classes enjoy learning in the space as well.

- Tortoise sanctuary housing a 20 year old 100 pound tortoise
- A wide variety of small animals
