What is a citizen?

A citizen is a member of a community or a country. They have rights and also responsibilities. For example someone who was born in Dublin would be a citizen of Dublin and also an Irish citizen.

Why we should be active citizens.

We should be active citizens because getting involved in your community at any extent from cleaning your streets by picking up litter and any rubbish even protesting about something and also helping educate children, being a good neighbour this could include you bringing in their bin or something else.
